Return and Exchange Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after 7 days. 2- The condition for exchanging the product is that the product is in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product, opened the packaging, or gained any benefit from it, and the store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to exchange the product, including shipping and return fees, noting that shipping fees go directly to the shipping company. In international exchanges, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. In case of defects, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he set, excluding products with defects or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. Return Policy: 1- Article (Thirteen) of the Electronic Commerce System: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty for the consumer – in cases not specified in paragraph (2) of this article – the contract can be terminated within seven days from the date of receipt of the product or the date of contracting to provide the service, provided that the product provider has not used the service or benefited from it. 2- The condition for returning the product is that the product is in good condition after seven days and that the consumer has not used the product, opened the packaging, or gained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning to ensure its safety. 3- The consumer bears the costs of the return process, and in the case of international returns, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company.
